Neuron Tracking
Degraded · 84/100Make sure your numbers are right: track your own visitor data, recognise the same person across visits, tag your links so you know where visitors came from, and double-check sales are recorded correctly.
This is how much you can trust your numbers right now. Get paid conversions recording again and it should jump to about 93, high enough to make real decisions on.
What's broken, and why it matters
Each problem, the numbers it throws off, and the one thing to do about it. Work top to bottom, the first one breaks everything else.
Affects: Every conversion number you see, total paid conversions, revenue, and which channel earned each one. Your payment processor has the real paid conversions; Neuron360 is recording zero of them, so every conversion figure downstream is wrong. Fix this one first; nothing else matters until it's right.
Fix: Turn on the conversion event check that runs on your server (it can't be blocked by ad-blockers like the browser one can), then run a test conversion in Check It's Working to confirm it lands.
Affects: Your sign-up count is running about 8% low, so a few real sign-ups never show up. Your landing pages look slightly worse than they really are.
Fix: Your CRM is timing out when a sign-up form is submitted, so some sign-ups never reach it. Give it more time to respond, or send them again if the first try fails.
Affects: The drop-off between someone clicking your button and actually starting the conversion. Without it, you can't see where people give up.
Fix: Your last landing-page change moved the form, so the thing that watches for someone starting a conversion stopped working. Re-point it at the new form.
