The step-by-step where you lose them
Walk the page the way a first-time visitor does, top to bottom. At each step they're silently asking one question: 'Can I trust this? Does it solve my problem? What does it really cost?' Here's the exact spot where the answer turns into 'no' and they leave.
Within three seconds a visitor knows exactly what you do and who it's for, book a van in 60 seconds. That's the hardest part and you've nailed it.
You're saying two things at once, 'exact price in 60 seconds' and 'pay nothing until it's done', and the page blurs them together, so people aren't sure what's actually being promised.
There's nothing above the fold proving anyone else trusts you, no driver ratings, no reviews, no real numbers. A first-time visitor has only your word to go on.
The page lists what the app does, but not what the customer gets out of it. 'Live tracking' is a feature; 'know exactly when your driver's pulling up, no waiting in all day' is a reason to care.
The main button is easy to spot and says exactly what happens when you tap it.
The booking form shows seven fields when only four are needed, three are optional but still on screen, and every extra box makes a few more people give up.
On a phone, the 'Book a van' button slides off the bottom of the screen, so visitors have to know to scroll for it. Most won't, and 62% of your visitors are on a phone.
The first screen, before anyone scrolls
Most people decide whether to stay in the first few seconds, on the part of the page that fits on screen without scrolling. Here's what's pulling them in, and what's quietly losing them, right at the top.
Biggest payoff for the least effort
There's no point spending a weekend on a tweak that wins you nothing. Every change is sorted by how many more conversions it should bring versus how much work it is, so you spend your time where it actually pays off.
Trust is your weakest spot (54 out of 100) and it's where most people quietly leave. Reviews from real movers are the single fastest fix.
Almost two-thirds of your visitors are on a phone, and right now the button slides off-screen, they have to scroll to find it.
Right now the price and the payment-protection promise blur together, so people hesitate over what's actually being offered, and a confused visitor doesn't tap.
The page sells what the app does; customers book for what it gets them. 'Know exactly when your driver's pulling up' beats 'live tracking'.
